Before any payment

A written project quote or agreement should explain deposits, cancellation, completed work, unused work, third-party costs and any refund eligibility before you accept or pay. This page does not impose a non-refundable deposit or invent a refund promise.

Design projects and print

Cancellation terms for design work and any print production need to be agreed separately. Production commitments, proof approval and outside supplier policies should be disclosed before an order is placed.

Monthly care

Subscription cancellation instructions, notice periods and handling of unused time must be confirmed before enrollment. No subscription is activated by browsing this site or downloading a brief.
